Introducing Vault

Nguyen Van Binh·

Everything your firm knows, working for everyone in it.

Your firm's best thinking lives in documents, research, meeting notes, decisions, precedent — and in people's heads. Vault gives it one home, makes it available everywhere, and puts it to work across Bespoke.

Your firm's edge shouldn't live in people's heads.

Every strong firm runs on institutional knowledge. How we handle a cash raise. Our tax-loss harvesting methodology. Our rebalance bands. What we decided about this client last spring. Where the research on that company lives.

Today, those answers are scattered — across shared drives, PDFs, email threads, note apps, and the memory of whoever's been there longest. The knowledge exists, but it isn't available: not to the new hire, not to the advisor in the meeting, and not to the systems doing the work. So the same process gets explained ten times, the same research gets rediscovered, and the firm's best thinking walks out the door when someone leaves.

The problem was never storage. It's that a firm's intelligence has never been usable as intelligence.

Meet Vault

Today we're introducing Vault — the intelligence layer for your firm. A secure, per-firm home for the documents, research, processes, decisions, and institutional memory that make your firm what it is.

Upload once. Connect once. Use everywhere.

Contribute. Connect. Ask. Compound.

Contribute

Knowledge enters Vault the way work already happens — a document uploaded, a meeting captured, a decision recorded, a process written down once. No one has to "manage the knowledge base." Every contribution makes the firm smarter, and contributing is the same motion as working.

Connect

A file isn't duplicated to be useful in more than one place. Upload it once, link it to the client, the ticker, the research folder, the team — and it appears everywhere it's relevant. Client pages, ticker pages, and research folders open already filtered to what matters, with permissions visible on every file.

Ask

Once knowledge is in Vault, you're not searching for a document — you're asking your firm. "What's our policy on concentrated positions?" "Show me our research on NVIDIA." "What did we decide about this client's tax strategy?" One search across everything you're permitted to see, without needing to know where anything lives.

Compound

Every document, note, and decision becomes part of the firm's collective intelligence — structured, permissioned, and available to every workflow that runs on Bespoke. The senior advisor explains the process once. The next advisor inherits it. The firm gets smarter every time the team works.

How it works

Vault is the context layer behind Bespoke. Every firm's knowledge is stored in its own secure environment, structured on entry, and searchable by meaning as well as by keyword. Access is permissioned at the file level — private or shared, always visible — and no firm's knowledge is ever commingled with another's or used for training.

Vault is also where Bespoke's workflows will draw your firm's own logic from — your policies, your methodology, your precedent — so the system operates your way, not a generic default. And the methodology that ran is the methodology recorded.

From institutional memory to institutional intelligence

The knowledge already exists in every strong firm. What changes is whether it is available — to the new hire, to the advisor in the meeting, and to the systems doing the work.

Where this goes: methodology becomes executable

Your firm doesn't just have information. It has a way of doing things — the policies, frameworks, and decision rules that make it different from the firm down the street.

Vault is built to capture that methodology, and over time to make it executable: Bespoke's agents operating according to your firm's playbook, version by version, with a record of exactly which logic ran. Not AI that answers generically — a system that works the way your firm works.

The more your firm works in Bespoke, the more of its intelligence becomes available to the system — and the more the system works like your firm. That's the flywheel, and it's yours: your context, your methodology, your moat.
